Can I disable access to a specific tab on a screen?

It is possible to disable a CORE user's access to a specific screen using Security Permissions. However, disabling access to a specific tab on a screen is only possible if there is a corresponding security permission that controls the access. For example, it is possible to disable access to the Projects > Performance tab by unchecking the security permission Show performance widgets under the Project module in the user's security profile.
