Why can't I find a completed project phase?

User is attempting to bill a completed phase, but the phase does not display on the Invoices or Projects screen.

This is due to the phase being marked as 'Completed,' which removes the phase from being displayed on either screens. You can either filter your projects by Project Status > Completed or apply the rule "Always show in Create Batch Invoice screen' from the Details screen for the project to prevent this problem.
