When sending emails from Core, your recipients might receive those emails from a email@example.com address instead of the actual email ID (see screenshot below).
The reason for this is that when sending emails from Core, there are two email addresses included with the message:
1. The 'From' address, which is firstname.lastname@example.org. This email address is the one the recipient sees when opening the email.
2. The 'Mail From' address, which is configured in Core. This email address is seen by the recipient when replying to the email or when checking the message header.
We have designed Core this way to simplify the email configuration process and at the same time authenticate the emails to comply with Domain-based Message Authentication, Reporting and Conformance (DMARC) through DomainKeys Identified Mail (DKIM).
