Yes, you can do so from the Cloud Feeds or Chart of Accounts screen. Please note that if you stop the bank feeds, it will not delete your transactions. If you cancel your bank account and open a new one, you have to do the same in BQE CORE. You cannot transfer transactions from your old bank account to the new one.
