How do I get help related to the program other than phone support?

Your subscription to Core includes email and phone support. There is also a context-sensitive Help file available within the program besides the Knowledge Base, Video Library and FAQs. You can also join the Core User Group on Facebook to interact with other Core users and BQE product specialists. Check out all our help resources here.
