What happens to my data if I cancel my subscription?

When you end or cancel your subscription, all your data remains in Core for 90 days and you will not be able to access that data. However, prior to your cancellation, you can request a backup file for your data. This written request has to be sent by the company owner to your Sales Account Manager or sales@bqe.com. Typically, it takes 1 to 3 working days for the backup data file to be delivered to the company owner via a secured email link. It is the owner's responsibility to download the backup database and save it for any future use.
